Time:         

Ceremony doors open at 4:00pm. Doors close and Ceremony starts at 5:00pm.

Please arrive early and be seated.

Location:     

Hotel Captain Cook. Ceremony will be on the ground level in the Aft Deck Ballroom. (see map below)

Reception will be held upstairs.

With Hotel Captain Cook being downtown parking will be limited. Downtown and the hotel itself is expected to be busy on the 16th. Staff recommends for guests to arrive early to have time to find parking and to walk to the location of the ceremony.

Timeline:

5:00pm - Ceremony (Aft Deck)

5:20pm - Cocktail Hour (Aft Deck)

6:00pm - Guests Move to Reception

6:40pm - Dinner Served

8:00pm - End of Reception

8:00pm - Afterparty

Additional Information:

-Attire is semi-formal (no jeans & no white or any colors close to white)

-Doormen present with guest list, all guests must check in to enter both ceremony and reception area

-Parking garages/lots located on 5th and K & 5th and I 

-Reception will have assigned seating for adults only (assigned seating information available at ceremony)

-Separate room for children

-Reception will have a Cash Bar

-Cocktail Hour will have appetizers and a hosted Beer & Wine Bar
